Samsung set out to launch a nationwide campaign after some unfortunate time in the public eye. The goal? To promote their top-class technology and increase credibility. I decided to plan an interactive customer experience. The event would feature a space-themed escape room game, to show off the new Oculus virtual reality products. The promotional materials and tickets had to feel advanced, sharp, and enticing.
